Information we process

We process account and contact details, business settings, customer and sales records entered by authorised users, usage and security logs, subscription details and support communications.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the CRM service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, generate business reports, prevent abuse, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider. We may retain transaction identifiers, status and invoice information, but we do not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI credentials.

Sharing and storage

Information may be shared with hosting, payment and support providers only as needed to operate the service, or with authorities when legally required. Data is retained while an account is active and for a reasonable legal, accounting or security period afterward.

Security and choices

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Account administrators control their users and business records. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to support@protechsmartsolutions.com; legal retention requirements may apply.
