Service

ProTech Connect is a cloud-based CRM and business management service operated by ProTech Smart Solutions. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and purchased add-ons.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for users and business data added through your account. Attempts to disrupt, copy, reverse engineer or misuse the service are prohibited.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid access is provided for the billing period selected at checkout. Prices, taxes, plan limits and add-on charges are displayed before payment. Renewal is not guaranteed unless payment is successfully completed. Failed or expired subscriptions may enter a limited grace or read-only period before access is restricted.

Availability and data

We take reasonable measures to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, internet failures or third-party outages may cause interruptions. Customers should retain legally required business records and exports.

Intellectual property

The software, branding and platform content belong to ProTech Smart Solutions or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of their uploaded business data and permit us to process it only to provide and improve the service.

Cancellation and termination

You may stop renewing at any time. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, unlawful use, security threats or material breach of these terms.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and liability is limited to fees paid for the affected subscription period. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to courts in Tamil Nadu.
